Drink Package

Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Mello Yello, Sprite, Lemonade, Tea, & Sweet Tea package

includes unlimited use for $2.00 per guest. Contact us to verify guest count and final package price.

***Bridal Suite Bed and Breakfast***

We have a beautiful addition to our wedding facility and that is a Bridal Suite in the main house!

The 2nd floor is 2,400 square feet set up with a full kitchen, two large full bathrooms, and four large bedrooms each with a queen size and a twin size bed.  There is a large main area that has an area for hair and makeup complete with a counter, stools, mirrors and amazing lighting! All of this makes getting ready for your special day easy, convenient and within yards of the wedding barn!  

Prices: Full Day of Event Use (7am-Midnight)= $500.00   

$200 refundable deposit required. 

Overnight guests: $75 per bedroom use...maximum of $300 for the night for 12 people.

This is in addition to the $500.00 fee.

Includes use of 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, coffee bar, loft area with mirrors/area for hair and makeup with more

areas to come in the future.

 

Coordinator Services

We recommend that your event has someone in charge the day of your wedding. This can be a wedding planner, facility coordinator, DJ, caterer, friend or relative. There will be a lot going on the day of your event such as set up, directing and paying vendors, as well as  tear down and clean up.  Gathering Acres offers the service of wedding planner or facility coordinator at an additional fee if contracted. This person will have direct contact with the owners during the entire event via text, call or in person.

Decorations

We offer a large assortment of decor for your wedding event, such as vases, table mirrors, lanterns, candle holders, Ball jars, wood slices, photo op backgrounds, linens, table squares, etc.  We can customize a decoration package based on what you want and based on numbers to help make your day beautiful! This includes use of the whiskey barrels, arches, back drops, photo walls and donut wall!  Ask for a consult!

$300 fee to use any decorations in our bridal room.

Deposit Information

We require a 30% NONREFUNDABLE deposit and a $250 Refundable Security Deposit at the time of booking your event.

We offer payment plans and accept cash, check, or credit cards. (credit cards will incur a 2% fee)

Full payment is required ONE MONTH before the event.
