Our Drink Package includes unlimited drinks of our fountain sodas for $2.00 per guest. Soda options include Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Mello Yello, Sprite, Barq’s Root Beer, Lemonade, Tea, and Sweet Tea. Contact us to verify guest count and final package price.
Bridal Suite Bed and Breakfast
Gathering Acres offers a Bridal Suite located in the main house. Contact us for availability.
Full Day of Event Use (7:00am-Midnight) ............... $250.00
The cost for an overnight stay is a $250 cleaning fee and $75 per room for a max overnight cost of $550.
*Includes the use of two bathrooms, full kitchen, coffee bar, loft area with mirrors/area for hair and makeup, with four bedrooms with a queen and twin bed in each room.
We recommend that you designate a wedding planner, event coordinator, friend or relative to help facilitate your event. Gathering Acres offers the service of an event coordinator at an additional fee. This person will have direct contact with the owners during the entire event via text, call, or in person.
We offer a large assortment of decor for your event, such as vases, table mirrors, lanterns, candle holders, geometrics and flameless candles, Ball jars, wood slices, garlands, florals, floral sprays, photo op backgrounds, linens, runners, table squares, photo walls, arches, donut wall, etc. Access to everything is included in package 2.
We require a 30% NONREFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking your event.
We offer payment plans and accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or credit cards. (credit cards will incur a 2% fee)
Full payment is required ONE MONTH before the event.
