Gathering Acres Event Center is fully licensed with the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission. In compliance with state law, all alcohol must be purchased and served through Gathering Acres. No outside alcohol is permitted on the property under any circumstances.
There are several drink packages available to you, listed below. Each package includes a curated selection of beer, wine, seltzers, and spirits. While the brands and varieties are selected by Gathering Acres, we can work with you to choose the package that best fits your event and budget.
All packages include bartender service, unlimited fountain drinks, refrigeration for all beverages, cups, cocktail napkins, and garnishes.
Based on the package you select, a count for the number of guests age 21 and over must be provided two weeks before the event. No count is needed for those under age 21 unless you are purchasing a soda package only. Final guest count and full payment are due no later than the day of your event.​​​​​

We will work with you to choose the package and service style that fits your needs. Beverage brands and varieties are selected by Gathering Acres, but service options can be adjusted within the guidelines of your package.

Cash Bar

A cash bar allows guests to purchase their own drinks directly from our menu of house-selected beer, wine, seltzers, and liquor. Soda Package is not included (Soda is $1 per).

All prices are subject to 7% sales tax. Bartender gratuity is not included.

The client sets a specific amount for the bar tab that they wish to cover. Drinks are served until that limit is reached, at which point the host may either extend the tab or switch to a cash bar.

You may choose beer, seltzers, or cider from our provided list, or request a different product not listed, provided it is available through our vendor.

Any special-order product must be purchased as a full 24-pack. Please note that these items are provided exclusively for your suite and will not be stocked or available at the main bar during your event.

$35 per bottle (approximately 13 two-ounce pours). Includes orange juice, champagne on ice, glass flutes, and napkins delivered to the bridal suite.

​​Specialty drinks using liquor and mixers from your chosen package are included at no extra cost. If the recipe requires liquor outside your package, the drink will be charged at standard menu pricing ($6 Well, $8 Top Shelf, $10 Premium).

GATHERING ACRES RULES AND REGULATIONS
• No outside alcohol is permitted. Violations result in a $350 fine or Class B Misdemeanor, immediate confiscation, and possible removal from the event.
• Supplying alcohol to minors will result in immediate removal from the event.
• All guests 40 and under must present a valid ID.
• Service may be stopped at any time if individuals are overly intoxicated.
• The bar will temporarily close between cocktail hour and dinner service.
• Package selection due 30 days before the event; final count and payment due no later than the day of your event.
