Gathering Acres Event Center, LLC Bar Service

The following is a menu of bar services to choose from for your event. We are also open to discuss customization for your perfect bar experience.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE BARTENDERS, THE UNLIMITED USE OF OUR FOUNTAIN POP (COKE, DIET COKE, MELLO YELLO, BARQ’S ROOT BEER AND SPRITE) AND OUR FOUNTAIN LEMONADE, SWEET TEA, TEA, AND WATER.  ALSO INCLUDES ICE, CUPS, REFRIGERATION FOR ALL BEVERAGES, COCKTAIL NAPKINS, AND GARNISHES AS WELL AS THE LIQUOR LICENSE REQUIRED BY THE ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO COMMISSION.  

 

OPTION ONE - PAID BAR

Client is responsible for the full bar tab.

  • $17.00/person plus tax and 18% gratuity includes the following:

    • Draft Beer (rotating house selection, 6 unique kegs)

    • Wine (house selection of 8-10 unique wines)

    • Unlimited POP PACKAGE

OR

  • $19.00/person plus tax and 18% gratuity includes the following:

    • Draft Beer (rotating house selection, 6 unique kegs)

    • Wine (house selection of 8-10 unique wines)

    • Mixed WELL Drinks

    • Unlimited POP PACKAGE

OR

  • $21.00/person plus tax and 18% gratuity includes the following:

    • Draft Beer (rotating house selection, 6 unique kegs)

    • Wine (house selection of 8-10 unique wines)

    • Mixed WELL Drinks

    • White Claws, Seagram’s, Smirnoff, Twisted Tea

    • Bottled Beer from house selection

    • Unlimited POP PACKAGE

OR

  • $25.00/person plus tax and 18% gratuity includes the following:

    • Draft Beer (rotating house selection, 6 unique kegs)

    • Wine (house selection of 8-10 unique wines)

    • Mixed WELL, TOP SHELF, & PREMIUM Drinks

    • White Claws, Seagram’s, Smirnoff, Twisted Tea

    • Bottled Beer from house selection

    • Unlimited POP PACKAGE

  • Minimum bar tab of $1500 plus 18% gratuity is required.

PROCEDURE

Two weeks before the event we will need a count of ALL guests over 21 years of age to determine the order for the bar contents….anyone under the legal age limit is welcome to the soda/tea/lemonade/water service free of charge. 

FINAL COUNT AND FULL PAYMENT DUE THE DAY BEFORE YOUR EVENT.

OPTION TWO - CASH BAR

This is an option where all guests pay for their own drinks. We have a full menu and will be using our house wines and beer that we choose. 

  • Renter will pay for the Pop Package ($2.00 per person) for the entire count of the guests and will receive unlimited pop, lemonade, tea, water.

  • IF BAR TAB REACHES $1500.00…YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY THE BARTENDER FEE.

  • If the entire tab does not reach $1500.00 the RENTER will pay for the bartender service of $160.00 per bartender up to 100 people, 2 bartenders ($320.00) for 100-200 guests, and 3 bartenders ($480.00) for over 200 guests. 

  • 18% gratuity is required.

OPTION THREE - PREDETERMINED PRICE

This is an option where the contract holder decides how much they would like to pay for their bar fee. There is a minimum price of $1,500.00 plus 7% tax and 18% gratuity for this package. 

  • We will keep a running tab on our Square device for all beverages purchased and when we hit the amount agreed upon we can either let the contract holder decide if he/she wants to increase their dollar amount or if we will then switch over to a cash bar for the rest of the evening.

  • This option includes unlimited POP PACKAGE and purchases of:

    • $3 Draft Beer (rotating house selection, 6 unique kegs)

    • $4 Wine (house selection of 8-10 unique wines)

    • $5 Mixed WELL

    • $7 TOP SHELF

    • $9 PREMIUM Drinks

    • $4 White Claws, Seagram’s, Smirnoff, Twisted Tea

    • $4 Bottled Beer from house selection

  • Client may choose to exclude any of the above mentioned drinks from their tab beforehand.

  • Bartenders are included in this package as well as cups, ice, & garnishes.

  • There is a minimum fee of $1500.00 but if you go with a larger amount (for example: $2500.00 and you only use $1950.00 of it we only charge you for the amount used.)

ADDITIONAL BAR SERVICES

  • Champagne - $25/bottle ( approx.. 5 glasses per bottle) plus 18% gratuity

  • (Will include orange juice and champagne on ice with glass flutes, napkins.)

  • Grooms room case of beer (24 pack) bottles or cans on ice of your choice in

  •  Grooms suite - $30/case plus  18% gratuity

  • CHAMPAGNE TOAST: INCLUDES glass flutes, servers, chilled champagne 

    • 2 oz. pour= 12 per bottle

    • 4 oz.  pour= 6 per bottle

    • $20.00 per bottle plus 18% gratuity

 

SPECIALTY DRINKS

  • If Specialty Drink can be made with the drinks included in the package you have chosen then there will be no additional charge.

    • must be a drink that can be made from liquor and mixers we have in our inventory.

  • If Specialty Drink includes liquor that is not a part of the package you have chosen then a tab will be created at the price point of the drink chosen.

    • $5 Well Drink

    • $7 Top Shelf Drink

    • $9 Premium Drink

SODA PACKAGE

If you are non-drinkers, we do have a package for soda, lemonade, tea, etc. which is $2.00 per person/unlimited plus a fee of $160.00 for one server for 0-150 guests or $320.00 for two servers for 151-300 guests plus tax, and 18% gratuity.

  • FINAL COUNT AND FULL PAYMENT DUE THE DAY BEFORE YOUR EVENT.

 

FLEXIBILITY

We are extremely flexible and if there is something that you would like we are definitely open to discussion and making a package that will work for you!

GRATUITY

You are responsible for the 18% gratuity as well as the 7% sales tax. We reserve the right to put out a tip jar for our bartenders as well.

PRICES

  • $3.00 draft beer

  • $4.00 bottles/cans of beer, wine, White Claw, Seagrams, Smirnoff bottles

  • $5.00 mixed well drinks, nonalcoholic margaritas

  • $7.00 mixed top shelf drinks, margaritas, pina coladas

  • $9.00 mixed premium drinks (Don Julio, Patron, Herradura)

 

GATHERING ACRES RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • $350.00 fine OR a Class B Misdemeanor and if necessary immediate bar closure with no refunds for any alcohol on premises not purchased by Gathering Acres if brought in by the wedding party or immediate family.

  • Gathering Acres will follow all Indiana Alcohol guidelines and laws. (All guests 40 and under will need to show ID)

  • We reserve the right to stop service (Individuals or whole event) at any time during the event hours with no refund if individuals are becoming overly intoxicated or the event is becoming out of control due to alcohol consumption.  We also reserve the right to stop individuals from leaving venue in an intoxicated state and operating a motor vehicle by any form necessary.

  • NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE FROM OUTSIDE…ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH GATHERING ACRES IN ACCORDANCE TO STATE LAW.

  •  ANY GUEST FOUND WITH OUTSIDE ALCOHOL WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN IMMEDIATE $350.00 FINE OR A CLASS B MISDEMEANOR & ALCOHOL CONFISCATED…IF NECESSARY THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT.   IF GUESTS ARE CAUGHT SUPPLYING ALCOHOL TO MINORS THEY WILL ALL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT. 

  • BAR WINDOW WILL TEMPORARILY CLOSE BETWEEN THE COCKTAIL HOUR AND DINNER SERVICE.

  • WE DECIDE PACKAGE AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. 

  • ONE MONTH OR MORE BEFORE THE EVENT WE WILL DECIDE WHICH PACKAGE AND CHOOSE ALCOHOL TYPES AND AMOUNTS. 

  • ONE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS 21 AND OLDER FOR ALCOHOL PACKAGES OR THE NUMBER OF ENTIRE GUESTS FOR THE NON ALCOHOL EVENTS NEEDS TO BE TURNED IN.

  • DAY BEFORE EVENT THE FULL PAYMENT IS DUE. WE TAKE CASH, CHECK, VENMO, PAYPAL, ZELLE, APPLE PAY, OR CREDIT CARD.
