The Premium Venue Package includes set up and tear down of wedding decor on all tables and room decor.


 

The Premium Venue Package includes full day use of our climate controlled facilities, as well as full set up and tear down, with use of:

  • Choice of Backdrop on Stage

  • Use of Photo Wall Op

  • Use of Bride/Groom Rooms

  • Projector and Screen

  • Colored Uplighting, Floor Lighting, and Spotlighting

  • Covered 1,500 Sq Ft Outdoor Patio with Bar Service Window

  • Table Linens

  • Chargers

  • Folded Linen Napkins

  • Choose from our massive decor department and we will completely decorate the venue for you

  • Gift/Guestbook/Cake/Dessert/Head Tables all decorated to coordinate with the Guest Tables

  • Stairs/Whiskey Barrels/Hutch Decorated to coordinate with the Guest Tables

  • Use of all Signage/Gift Box/Cake Cutters/Serving items

  • Drapings/Swag use

  • Use of Totem TV for Seating Chart

Gathering Acres will supply staff for cleaning throughout the dinner and at the end of the event.
