This person will have direct contact with the owners during the entire event via text, call, or in person.

Organizes rehearsal, sets up details and golf cart rides, marks spots to stand, runs through ceremony and reception entrance, etc.

Day of event: takes drink orders for bridal party for dinner, coordinates with caterers, cake person, florist, and dj to have everything in place

Sets lighting, candles ready, etc.

If the wedding is outdoors: helps the wedding party, parents, grandparents, etc. out to wedding site and makes sure golf cart is accessible for transportation with photos

Directs wedding party at entrance to ceremony and reception

Oversees cocktail hour and directs guests where they need to be as well as answering any questions
