Standard Venue Rental

The Standard Venue Rental includes full day use of our climate controlled facilities with use of:
- White chairs (quantity 300)
- 5 ft round tables (quantity 16)
- 8 ft rectangle tables (quantity 32)
- Additional tables available as needed
- Wooden banquet tables for buffet serving, gift table, beverage table, wedding party seating, and dessert table
- Round oak table and hutch in foyer for guest book, etc.
- Projector and screen with sound system
- Colored uplighting, floor lighting, and spotlighting
- Tables and chairs for ceremony and reception
- Backdrop

- Photowall
- Bridal room
- Groom room
- Covered 1,500 square ft outdoor patio with bar service window
 

Gathering Acres will be responsible for cleaning throughout and at the end of the event. The Standard Venue Rental allows you to do your own decorating for your event. As time and events allow, you will have one day for setup.

*Outdoor Ceremony: Add $500 (+ 7% state sales tax) to any package (Use of 300 white wood chairs included)
